Daily housekeeping service consists of general cleaning and takes place between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Should one of your guests require special times of service, requests may be made directly with Housekeeping or your Catering/Events Service Manager.
The suggested housekeeping gratuity is $2.00 per day. Some groups may have the gratuity rate predetermined in the contract and billed to the master account.
Each guest room is provided with several special service amenities either at no charge or for a nominal fee. These items include: an iron and ironing board, coffee makers, hairdryers, in-room safe, bath/shower amenities, and extra pillows.
Pack and Plays are available for children based upon availability. Please note there is a maximum of four to six persons (including children) allowed per room.
